Hi Sam,

Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club built from 2006 to present, was names a top 100 amenity community in the entire southeast US by Southern Living Magazine. It is a bundled golf community with 27 holes of golf, a beautiful clubhouse, a tennis center, and a fitness center. All the programs are professionally staffed and there are a lot of social activities. Being a new community, it is an easy place to make friends. The best news is that the total fees and taxes for a year are under $10,000 for a carriage/coach home and under $12,000/yr.

Hello Mike,

I can think of a dozen just off the top of my head, the best one for you depends on your criteria. I can set you up on a great site that lets you shop like a realtor within a specific criteria, saves tons of time...my clients really love this site. I am also happy to do a custom search for you, but need more information to complete that...please feel free to contact me anytime. I have lived in the area over 20 years and have a knack for quickly finding the right properties for my clients.

Best Regards,

Hi Mike! One option that comes to mind is Vineyards Country Club is an impeccably maintained, centrally located planned community that offers the option of golf but not the requirement of being a member. In this price range you have the option of an attached or detached villa or a condominium with lake or golf views. Walking distance to shopping and recreation areas as well as one of the best elementary schools in the area....
Would be happy to discuss the options here or in other areas of Naples. You have so many options it's hard to know where to start :)
Happy hunting: here to help any way I can!

Family orientation or retired living will dictate your choice. As a golfer I would select Vanderbilt Country Club, and if I suddenly could not play golf, I would go Longshore Lake

The answer depends on what amenities you are looking for, your own background and age, your interests, and whether or not you are going to occupy the property for 6 months, or whether you would like some rental income until you are retired. I offer a complete menu of residential services, from Home watch, property management and rentals, as well as the sale of real property. I started in Real Estate in 1981, so I am in a "trial" mode.

Saturnia Lakes and Longshore Lakes are great for resort like subdivisions (single family homes) and are moderately priced. If you would like to talk in more detail, I'd be more than happy to answer all your questions and research homes that would be of most interest.

I am available at (239) 287-5599 or peter.paddock@sothebysrealty.com.

Best of luck,

Hi Sam;
My name is John Caponetto. I have a profile in Trulia.
Fiddler's Creek in south east Naples is one of the best "resort style" subdivision I can think of. I have a blog about Fiddler's Creek under my profile. Please feel free to check it out. I am a realtor with Premiere Plus Realty in Naples. I can arrange a tour of Fiddler's Creek with the managing broker of the property. Fiddler's Creek offers everything including boating docs that have access to the gulf of Mexico. The developers have thought of everything. And the entire development is on gas.
I am answering your question late in the game. But there are a lot of incentives that the developers of Fiddler's Creek can offer to buyers for NEW construction that other developers may not be able to offer.
For example, some of the model homes are furnished and priced accordingly.

Please feel free to call me for more information;

Lely resort is great, but there are many others- heritage bay, the Quarry, the Dunes, Naples Bay Resort or you could check out riverstone, Marbella lakes or saturnia lakes, all have or will have excellent resort style pools and clubhouses. It really depends on what you want. Check out http://www.lovingnaples.com to review the different neighborhoods.

Mike ,
Depends on what resort means to you. if you want golf,tennis,beach access and anthing else there are certain places. if you want tennis and club there are others. there isn't just one place that has it all. also what type of fees do you want to pay as you know the more whistle and bells you have the higher the fees you pay. please visit http://www.naplesbeachandhomes.com and you can view the different communities and there specifics each offers.
all the best,

True Mike, the fees are a little on the high side, its really worth checking out what you get with each resort style community, there are lots to choose from and their fees are all different. Verona is certainly a great community to consider as well. Follow the link below it will take you there.

There are several, but it all depends do you want condo living or a single family home? Lely is nice, but fees tend to be on the high side. Verona Walk across the street is a great option and the fees are some of the lowest in town for a resort style community. I would be happy to discus in further what you are looking for and will send over a custom list of homes. Look forward to speaking to you.
