Best places are all about personal preferences, budgets, wants, needs, lifestyle; therefore consider further researching areas of interest on your own, and take the time to revisit more than once, then determine where your comfort level can best be reached; don't simply just entertain what other people think or say, another's opinion may not be anywhere near the best thing for you...If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

That is all subjective and based on price, location and really what you can afford. Contact any 1 Realtor and work with them only on finding something that will fit your needs.

The area just west of the Tollroad is rapidly expanding. The "best" area of Frisco would depend upon your specific wants and needs :)

If you contact a Realtor, they will be able to direct you to the right neighborhoods based on your price range and amenities you request. We have all this information in MLS to share with you.

Real Estate Agents can help you with the purchase of a new home as well.

Select a neighborhood that has all the features you and your family are seeking. You may want a neighborhood that is close to a certain school, close to major highways, close to a park, or close to friends. Things like these determine the best neighborhood for you and it is up to you and your family to pick the best neighborhood in your opinion.

Linda is correct. Also the best place from one person to another varies depending upon their lifestyle, budget, preference, etc.

I would suggest that you drive around the area and see what you like and don't and go from there. Think about your budget, school that you'd like to your children go to, possible commute, your lifestyle etc.

Take care,

As Realtors we are unable to suggest the "best" places to purchase. You will want to check the school ratings for any home you are buying as this will affect resale: http://ritter.tea.state.tx.us/perfreport/account/

You can get neighborhood information here: http://www.neighborhoodscout.com

Please let me know if I can help you in your home search or answer any other questions.
