FIRST ANSWER

I like Fidelity the best. The website is http://www.homewarranty.com/company_info Be sure and get the premium upgrade no matter which company you go with because if you do not have a plan that covers code upgrade they will not fix anything that is not up to the code that is most current. What that means is that if something was installed properly when it was orriginally installed but then breaks, the warranty company will not fix it without bringing it up to today's code and then charging you to bring it up to the current code. My experience with my clients is that Fidelity is the most generous with what they cover.
