Sherry, honestly it is based on your budget, taxes are based on the new home value, most HOA's don't allow a fenced yard but do usually have large screen enclosure's. I have a very spacious (2400 sq. ft.) 'one of a kind' corner unit (4th flr.) w/falbulous water views from all windows, 40 ft balcony, that shows really great I'm about to put on the market (I am almost ready to upload all the pics on Google ).....it's the only one that I have found to allow TWO little dogs (very rare) under 30 lbs. in N. Palm Beach - exc. neighborhood, very secure, across the street from NPB Cntry Club w/Jack Nicklaus Golf Course - a few steps to N.P.B.
