The state publishes a list of each towns mill rate at http://www.ct.gov/opm/lib/opm/igp/dataresc/millrts/2013_gl_f
Important - as it is not off of the sale price but the assessment, you can have two similarly priced homes with various taxes. Likewise, the town with the lowest mill rate doesn't necessary means the lowest taxes. Some towns with a low mill rates have higher average sales price.
