What is the avg $/sqf for houses in Highlands Ranch (year 1997 or newer) and 2000 sqf ?

$/sq ft is independent upon the neighborhood, and the most recent sales data in that neighborhood. Square footage used for this figure will be above ground square footage. Shortsales, foreclosures, and just the number of homes on the market in that specific area can change the $/sq ft. You need to have your property evaluated along with the current sales data to determine an Accurate figure. There is allot of information out there, but a Realtor can accurately evaluate the information and guide you to make the best decision for you.

Marco, update to my answer click on the link below to get some updated stats that might interest you. It tells you price per sqft for the past 12 months for select cities. It doesn't tell you based on age of house. If nothing else this at least gives you a bit more useful information.

In one of Highlands Ranch more mature neighborhoods we have a home listed that was built in 1994, it is 3320 sq.ft and the price is $390,000. That is $117.46 per square foot for finished space. It also has an unfinished basement with an additional 1700 square feet. 5 beds, 3 car garage and a large 1/4 acre lot. This same model has sold in the range of $390,000 to $425,000 in the last 6 months. Upgrade kitchens and finished basement will bring in the higher price. For all of Highlands Ranch, the average Sq ft is about $155. Hi is about $162, Low is about $147. If you need more indepth info let me know. Highlands Ranch is a large area. /square footage prices vary depending on neighborhood and what part of Highlands Ranch you are interested in. Thank you for your question. Bill

I have just looked at about 40 homes with a client in Highlands Ranch in the last 2 weeks and would say the average price per square foot for homes 1997 and newer is approximately $150 depending upon other features. Please let me know if you are interested in having a realtor show you around as I am familiar with what is available.
