Since Rincon is 60 stories (well really 55 for the 1st tower), and also since there are many different floorplans (1, 2 and 3 br) I think it is more important to examine the prices on a case by case basis.
Basically they are sold out of everything below the 40th floor right now. There are resales also though.
Sorry about being vague, but I think there needs to be more info in the question. Hope this helps a little at least.
Average is $800/s.f. Hard to generalize because there are many different floorplans and views.
