According to the Brooklyn New York Multiple Listing Service the average sale price for ALL homes in Sheepshead Bay is $512,557 year to date which is down 8.29% as compared to a year ago.

I also specialize in the Sheepshead Bay area, and with regard specifically to detached 3 bedroom homes in the neighborhood I would say the average can range from $625,000 up to $750,000. I had to give this range because Sheepshead Bay is a larger area and depending on exaclty where in the Bay the home is the price and demand can vary greatly. Also as I stated in my previous answer regarding Marine Park, this number can also vary greatly based on the homes actual size and condition.
