On the chance she means, what is the current mortgage rate (interest rate), that would depend on the quality of the buyer, his resources, income, credit scores and then on the property being financied. Rates do not vary by town but by borrower. But D, you will have to clarify your question. All of us greedy agents want to help you as our client. You can tell that we assume you are a buyer but you may be just curious, a student, or confusing your terms. Which is it?

Average mortgage is not relative to the town, it's relative to how much money a person is putting down of their own money. Are you looking for average house price in town or how many houses are in a particular range? If you tell me more of what you're looking for exactly we can provide an answer.
