This really depends on the price. If you're priced right, I'm seeing less than 60 days all over middle Tennessee. I just got an offer in 4 days (my third time for this in the last year). Even reaching a little and crossing a search parameter can double your days on market. If you price right and have your home in tip top shape you should be able to get a contract within 30 days. I see that you're a home buyer, so I'm guessing you want to know at what point is the listing considered stale and a low offer likely to be accepted. The best way to determine your offer price is to have a full Comparative Market Analysis done (with days on market factored in). Good luck!
