I actually have a listing in Atco and can tell you first hand that it is a very nice area to raise a family! The area is somewhat rural,yet close to many businesses,schools, etc.
Most of the streets are lined with well taken care of homes and pride of ownership shows. Atco is small enough to be good friends with all your neighbors if you choose to do so, and yet big enough to have pretty nice sized lots that you don`t usually find in larger cities. The home prices are very good in my opinion.

I have an Open House this month at my listing there. It`s a 3 Bedroom, 1.5 bath beautifully updated home on a little over a third acre lot. It has all the major systems replaced,pool,fenced,hot tub,2 decks,Gazebo,outside shower, and a fireplace in the family room. All for just $262,500, it has just been reduced. A very nice home! Hi there, we are actually selling a home in Sapling Run in Atco. My wife and I love it there. Our neighborhood is the best in Atco for children. It had once entrance in is very very nice beautiful landscaping and wonderful neighbors. Our house is the lowest priced in the neighborhood and the only reason we are moving is because we are downsizing. The home is 10 years old. 3br, 2.5 bath, dining room, living room, family room. Hardwood flooring downstairs and in master bedroom. Large master bath. Walk in closet.

Irrigation system with 8 x 12 shed in backyard. 1 car attached garage.
Elementary shcooll in just a two minute walk away from the house.

Atco NJ is a small town located near major highways. It has a good school system. There should be many opportunities to find a nice property there.

Atco is a very family oriented area and I would recommend it as an area to raise a family. Many people have and do. It is located some distance from Camden City and Philly, at the southeastern corner of the County.

Atco is near Camden and Philly. I don't have access to that area, and we will have to wait to see if any Trulians from that area respond.

This a bit of a hop from Warren County. I can send you data sheets on properties from Warren County, or anywhere in Northern or Central NJ up to and including Ocean County. Our company does not have access to Mercer County or south of there.
