What is required to purchase a second home?
I currently own a home, but I'm looking to purchase a second home. I rent out the two family that Icurrently own. I would like to purchase a 1 family home and would like to know what is required.

FIRST ANSWER
A good first step would be to contact a loan officer. He/she can review your credit score, income, including rentals, down payment, and debts to determine what you can qualify for. Once you know that you can start shopping.
