What is considered as a reasonable price/sqft in Paloma, campton and Saville communities in Windemere? Is it?
a good idea to wait and see how the market will turn out this summer?

2500 - 3000 sq ft around $330 per, and 3,000 - 4,000 about $290 per. This area has not leveled off yet. Still trending downward, with the exception of highly desirable properties. Typically this area is about 12 months behind the Valley on a recovery like this, and the Valley is just now in recovery. Best of Luck! The Coach
