What is a good website/search engine to look for Fanne Mae homes that are offering $100 down payment options?

Hi Samantha,

Fannie Mae foreclosures can be found on HomePath.com.
HUD foreclosures can be found on HUDHomeStore.com.

I believe the $100 down programs have been discontinued in Texas as of last November. There still may be some local funds available to help with down payments. In general, all of these homes can be found by searching on the Multiple Listing Service.

In addition, depending on your income and the location of the home, there are USDA loans that require no down payment. I'd be glad to go into that in more detail if you'd like to give me a quick call.

Good luck!

If you have not found what you need, let me know. There is another program out there that offers no down payment, that may be a fit for you.
