a 1980;s condo in Weston or a 2000(plus) condo/town house in Miramar/Pembroke Pines, same price range (80-100)K.

it depends on the location of those properties and the market values of surrounding properties. a professional realtor can pull some closed comps and give u a proper analysis. It also makes a difference which school district you're in...

that question can’t be answered off the cuff.

I would establish contact with a local realtor who can check in the MLS how these two areas fared in the past, in terms of resales. My hunch is Weston, but that may be wrong.
