You need to work with an approved HUD broker. I would highly recommend that the approved HUD broker is a Realtor which means they are members of the National, State and Local Association of Realtors. To find an approved HUD broker go to my website.

A HUD home is a foreclosed property that has a gov't backed loan. Would recommend you seek the help of a local Realtor that can help you through the buying process. It doesn't cost you (the Buyer) anything and you get professional help. Good Luck!
