YOU will be living there, not me. Do YOU like the home and area? That is what is important in this decison. It is natural to have some doubt in any large decision such as buying a home. One of the best ways to procede in a home purchase is to write down the reasons you really wish to buy a home with all it's benefits and then review them when making your choice. It will prevent you from being distracted by by the little things. You will never find the perfect home, but knowing the fundamentals of what you really want, you can adapt your home to what you want.
