What if the year of the house built was entered wrong? Does that change anything on the loan contract? What can you do or my options?

In order to best protect yourself, you may wish to consult with an attorney who specializes in real estate, and go from there.

Well, you bring up several questions and perhaps advice from an attorney would be in your best interest. When was the house actually built and what was the advertised year through the agent, MLS, etc . You can contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns at nancizimmmerman@yahoo.com (Texas Broker)

Best of luck
