What have the cartwright &= fairfax models in massapequa been selling for & how many homes remain to be built?
I had looked at the Pulte Homes in Massapequa several months ago and although beautiful, I found them to be a bit pricey considering the school district and square footage. Does anyone know what they are actually selling for in the market these days? I am curious as to what the homes have sold for and how many in the complex remain to be sold.
