What has happened to Davis Grove in Olive Branch, MS??? I drove thru there and it seems half the
neighborhood has been foreclosed on or is in short sale? There are some VERY nice homes in there, but....

FIRST ANSWER
Some of the areas of Northwest MS which experienced a fast rate of growth over the past few years are now experiencing a larger percentage of foreclosures. I think this is mainly a result of the loan products that were used to purchase these homes. I have been keeping track of foreclosure rates over the past 18-24 months for Northwest MS. I have included a web link to my most current report. I try to publish a report every 6-8 weeks.
