What eastern Bucks County towns have lower tax rates?
I won't have children in school so I'm not interested in better schools, I'm looking in the $850k and up price range. Easy commute to the Princeton are is key.

I understand how Real Estate Taxes are calculated, my question relates to if there are certain towns that are notorious for higher taxes and some that historically have been better. In NJ there are towns just a few miles apart that could have 30% to 40% differences in taxes for identical homes.

William,
I appreciate your comments My direct answer to Phil's question is by no mean to hold information from anyone, I searched the area close enough to Phil's commute to Princeton and came up with a list of properties in his price range that will help him decide not only on the area but the distance he is willing to travel to save even more on taxes by single property not just towns, Lee posted the bucks county millage chart ( thank you Lee!), however the property assesments are different from one another. please view this link ie http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Property_tax Sun Dec 30 2007, 18:14
