What does it mean when a single family house says deeded parking. Here is the write-up:Parking & Garage

Deeded Parking/Garage
Driveway

It looks like any other house but it's on a corner lot. Are there any future implications, additional taxes or arguements that may arise later if purchased?
Please advise.
Thank you.

Hello Marti. I cannot advise you on the specific property you are considering. However, I can give you a general explanation of what the term "deeded parking" means.

It generally refers to a property that does not have its own parking space but has been granted ownership of a parking space from an adjacent or nearby property. To maintain ownership of the parking space, you would need to pay taxes on the space.

Assuming the deed for the parking space is valid, which is something your title company will determine for you, there should not be any problems in the future with respect to your right to use the space. Depending on what the deed says, you may also have the right to lease the space out to third parties.

I hope this helps! Please feel free to contact me directly if I can be of further assistance.
