FYI, If you are interested in a property that was previously listed with a Realtor but has now been released, don't give up on the possibility of owning that home. The owners might still be interested in selling.

It means the listing agreement between the seller and the listing agent is no longer valid. It is possible, though, that the property may be re-listed with another agent.

Just wanted to add that it doesn't mean anything is wrong, it just means that the listing agreement was mutually agreed upon to terminate it. There are other homes in that area of course.

FIRST ANSWER

It means that the listing agreement that the sellers had with their broker has been released... they no longer have a contract to list the house for sale.
