Every board is different but most will require a purchase application, copy of signed contract of sale, commitment letter from bank, Aztech recognition agreement, professional reference letters, personal references, 2-3 years federal tax returns, financial statement, bank statements, brokerage statements, reference letter from landlord, letter from employer verifying employment and salary,pay stubs and other documents they might ask for. Some buildings want an essay "Why you want to live in their building"
