What do you think of buying a house in " Lomita Hills" area?

We are interested in a house in Lomita Hills (Millbrae) which is only one block away from the border of San Bruno. It seems that house value there is a little bit inexpensive. What does everyone think of this area?

Good question. I'm in the same situation. It seems to me that house prices are correlated to the API scores of high schools, meaning houses zoned to San Bruno schools are less expensive than schools zone to Mills High. Other than that, I think both locations are nice areas.
