Providence Golf and Country Club located in Davenport Florida has a few builders which include ABD Development, Contempo Signature Homes, Lennar Homes, Meritage Homes, and Toll Brothers.

Don't know about Ryland, but I bought in Providence about 6 weeks ago from Lennar and love it. Assuming you are speaking of Providence in Davenport 33837. We got an excellent price and there is lots of new construction.

If interested I can help you negotiate a better deal with any of the builders in the community. Meritage, DBI, Lennar.
