The developer of Sky Ranch is a publicly held builder, so as the end of their fiscal year (November)approaches, their prices should reflect their need to end the year with a bang. I used to work for Lennar, so believe me.....I know. I still stay in contact with all of the on-site sales associates, so let me know if you need any guidance.

The best thing for you to do is hire a REALTOR first! Then have that REALTOR go over the comparable property sales with you, property by property until you get your question answered.
