What do you think about Penn Quarter (NW Washington, D.C.)
I have been offered the opportunity to puchase a condo in Penn Quarter, which seems to be absolutely booming with commerce, restaurants, nightlife, etc. The price is good, I would say slightly below market for a beautiful new building. However, I am concerned about all of the new construction, and in particular the slow sales of some mammoth buildings just to the north, on Mass Ave. I am afraid these developers will cut prices and drive the price of my unit down. Thoughts from those who know the area are most welcome. Thank you in advance.
