What do you know about Eryn's Garden? Buyer incentives??

I'm moving to Gainesville in early-mid 2010 (from Michigan). My husband and I are looking at the real estate to get an idea of where we'd like to purchase a home. Does anyone know much about Eryn's Garden? Are there incentives for buyers? Thanks!

$4000 in closing costs in correct. There may be different incentives when you buy in the future. Eryn's Garden is just north of Gainesville with 12 floor plans available. Check out the 3 homes actively listed here: http://allisonables.com/gainesville-real-estate/SR-121-North…

Keep in mind any places you need to be close to like an office, school, or other etablishment. Look forward to you and your family joining our community!

Hi There, I know you're looking forward to your move! Eryn's Garden is offering assistance with buyer closing costs (around $4,000), lots are smaller (.14 acre or so). All homes are new construction, as I'm sure you know with a community pool and pavillion with private lake access.

The biggest single incentive is coming from the government! Congress has just acted on the $8,000 first time buyer tax credit, extending that credit through April 30 2010, and has added a $6,500 tax credit to purchasers of a primary residence as well (also through April 30, of 2010). That date is to have an accepted contract as I understand it, closing does not need to occur until June of 2010.

To capitalize on this tax credit, you need to have an accepted contract by April 30,2010. Hope this would work for the timing of your move. Feel free to contact me should you have any questions! (352-665-0073)
