well...you need to know that you will be welcomed with open arms by most sellers!
I will assume the cash is on deposit somewhere, and not sitting under a mattress....otherwise, that could be a problem!
You will be asked to supply "proof of funds:" for any offer you present that is accepted.
I also suggest that you make sure you have an appraisal contingency in your contract - which means the house must appraise out for at least the sale price.
