If you're speaking of the condo's on 8th Ave in Wagener Terrace in the Hampton Park area, $219 may be a good price, according to the condition. Unit #17F, 1186 Sq ', 3BR, 1BA sold for $237K at the top of the market in 2005. Without seeing the unit, I cannot give a definitive answer. Those units were apartments.

The Hampton park area has really seen a re-emergence recently. It is safe and convenient to all areas of Charleston. You can go to the beaches on either side of the harbor. Go straight down the penninsular to downtown. Lokk over the trees at night and see the fireworks from Joe Riley stadium. Good place for the money.

I am the list agent - This unit is located just a few blocks from Hampton park - true walking distance and is in one of the more desireable ares of Wagener Terrace.

This building was previously an apartment complex that was renovated and converted to condo in 2003 - however this renovation was sympathetic with the developer choosing to keep much of the period architectural details such as plaster walls and period trim. The HVAC was new in 2003. The complex has an awesome fenced in rear courtyard that is very private - like an oasis! Complex has 8 units and a sound regime.

I'm not sure what neighborhood you are speaking of, but there are some great townhomes in Stono Ferry on 8th Tee Dr. Is this the community you are speaking of?
