Prices vary widely depending on how close to the beach the property is located. In east Manhattan Beach an older 4 bedroom home on a 50x150 lot will start around $1,400,000 and go up to $2,500,000 for new construction. In the Hill section an older home with a view on a large lot would be priced over $3,000,000. In the tree section you might find an older home around 2500 sqft around $1,700,000. If you are looking on the Strand or a full lot on a walkstreet with a view you would be have to pay over $4,000,000 .
