I looks like 5 years ago homes in Cheltenham were selling for $250k on average for a 3bed/2bath. Now the average home is selling for approx. $200k. Do you foresee buying trends increasing (or at least going back to where they were) after the housing market improves? Is Chelthenham, PA still an attactive area to live in?

It depends on where in Cheltenham you are looking. It is still an up market. I have see many homes continue to sell quickly. How soon are you lookig to move? Are you a first homebuyer?

Hello Not Disclosed,

The best source of information is through a "market snapshot". You can get one sent directly to your email by visiting http://www.carolworks4you.com. It will give you a picture of what is going on, recent trends, and then will update automatically each month. I think it could be helpful, do you?

Good luck with your search. There are lots of great buys in Cheltenham, and everywhere. There are beautiful homes, lots of green space, parks, schools, shopping, etc. Now is the time to act! Let me know if I can help you.
