We are not golfers, but like tennis. Our perfect home would be a 5 br 4 bath home with a pool and privacy in the yard, fenced for our two dogs (one beagle, one german shephard). Kids are 9, 11 and 16 (going into 3rd, 6th and 10th grade). Want Spanish River High school...We will need to close by the time school starts, luckily we are all cash buyers. We are in town Fri and Sat for viewing, who wants to send me some listings of theirs that are "quick close" avail? empty, bank owned, not short sale properties? I've contacted a listing agent for 3 properties we like...600,000 - 800,000 is our price range. Is it even possible to close in 30 days? Are lawyers used in FL? We are fro CA and originally NJ..CA uses not attorneys, NJ does.

Hi, DKoz. Some of the communities that feed into Spanish River High School are: Woodfield Country Club, Woodfield Hunt Club, Millpond, Broken Sound. Of course, there are many others. In Boca Raton, FL the public high schools have academies, which are like majoring in something (like in college). What this means is that although you are zoned for a particular high school your child can apply to one of the academies in the other high schools. Some example of academies are: culinary arts, hospitality and tourism, early education, entrepreneurial program.

If I can be of further help to you please don't hesitate to call or email me at 561-445-8743 or Nicole@buysellboca.com.
