Hello Sanjeev, I suggest looking in the 1st Ward often called Sawyer Heights, Midtown, Montrose, Cottage Grove and Shady Acres. There are a few new townhomes in the Heights neighborhoods. If you are looking on http://www.har.com look in areas 9 and 16. These neighborhoods are north, west and south of downtown. These areas are continuing to improve. Please let me know if you should want help finding your new home.

The Heights and Camp logan are the most popular for close in but not too close to downtown. There are many nice one in the medical center area and the Montrose area if you want to be even closer to downtown. Call me...I can assist you in your search.

Houston has many beautiful new construction town homes Would you like something close to your job? What price range are you looking for? And how close to the city? You'll be happy in Houston.

Sanjeev,

I can find you new construction in many areas of Houston however, I would like to know a little about you. Where in Houston do you work? Are you wanting to live close to work or are you open to living anywhere in the greater Houston area? How large of a unit do you want? What amount are you pre approved for? How soon are you needing to move?

If I can get to know you I will be able to help you narrow down your search and find exactly what you are looking for. You can call me at 832-545-3214 or if you prefer you can contact me by email at carlah@waynemurray.net

I look forward to helping you.

Best Regards,

Hi Sanjeev,

All the areas mentioned in previous emails have townhome/condos AND a real mix of single family homes (no common wall with anyone else) which appear to be townhomes. They are 3 story units, ground floor garages and one other room, then stairs to the common areas--kitchen, dining and great room and finally you have the master on the third floor along with other bedrooms. There are usually 3.5 baths. So if that arrangement suits your needs, then you need to be pre-approved for whatever price range you seek and be prepared to respond quickly to the market.

To help in being prepared we will glad set up a Gateway to our HAR website to search the areas of interest with your particular requirements and you will be daily kept up-to-date.

If you're ready to look, we're ready to help---

Sanjeev, without doubt I can definitely recommend Rice Military, Cottage Grove and Midtown where there is an abundance of new construction, depending on your budget. I am very familiar with these areas as I live in Rice Military and you can get downtown in 5 minutes. I will be glad to help you find a place and there are some new ones that are nearly finished in my neighborhood and you will not go wrong. Please contact me when you get this e-mail and let's set up a time to meet.

I just sold a nice townhome in Midtown very close to Downtown. It was just under $200k but those are hard to find and go fast. I took my client to see it within a couple hours of it going on the market. The unit was 12 years old. Also Rice Military has new construction but is is more in the $350k and up range. With both those areas you have to be careful what street you buy on.

Sanjeev,

Some of the most popular areas for townhomes (and especially new construction) are The Heights, Galleria, Montrose, and Midtown.

I am very familiar with the townhomes in Houston and would love to help you find one. If you give me a call we can discuss some of the other specifications you have such as price, square footage, number of bedrooms, etc. and I can provide some listings to suit your particular needs. And I'd love to work with you. And please keep in mind that, as the buyer, it is at no cost to you.

Hello Sanjeev,

There are a lot of nice town homes everywhere. It all depends on what your price range is and how close to the city you want to be? If you would like me to send you available townhomes to your email, just let me know what details you are looking for in a town home and price range and your email address. I look forward with helping you find your future home.

Have a great weekend!
