What area near Munds Park has the lowest priced realestate (house) Out of town is OK?
I want to move to the Prescott area but want the lowest home prices. I don't know the area so I'm hoping to know where to look for the best priced home. Any of the small towns or out in the country is OK

Hi Claudia,
Prescott prices are generally down both in Prescott and Prescott Valley. In Dewey you have the Prescott Country Club which has reasonably priced homes. There are many Duplexes where the other half could pay a large portion of your payment!
You have a wide choice of where you could live. By a lake? Close to on old-fashioned downtown area? On a golf course? Close to a Mall?
The world is your oyster and prices are great in all areas of Prescott.
