Magnolia Point is a nice community located in Green Cove Springs. Green Cove Springs is beginning to see more development as home builders and buyers push further south from Orange Park and Fleming Island. In my opinion Magnolia Point is one of the premier communities in Green Cove Springs. Most homes are on large lots with a number of mature trees. There is a guard gate manned 24/7 which appeals to many buyers. The golf course has 27 holes of beautiful and challenging fairways. I have a number of friends that live in Magnolia Point and they really enjoy it. I enjoy visiting them and playing golf there.
