You note the items that the condo fee includes which is a fairly extensive list. When you consider that it also includes heat, water, the sewer fee AND the management fee, that is excellent! If you break down each of those items & estimate what they might cost you on a monthly basis I am sure you will find that the cost to you would be much greater. I would say pay the $370/month & laugh all the way to the bank as you save what you might be spending otherwise, esp. on heat , water & sewer charges. The fact that it includes a pool is another bonus & of course a condo association is paying for the liability insurance to cover the pool. All in all, a very good deal. You don't say where the property is located but it sounds like it is in a very nice area. So my advice to you is Relax & Enjoy! This is actual a very typical condo fee for the area. I have seen them much higher for all the ammenities you are getting. Each condo is different and each one offers different ammenities than can range from $100 per month to over $600 or more, depending on the builiding. If you have a speciifc condo you are looking at, I can give you more information.

I've seen condo fees that are around $300 per month that don't include what these fees costs. Ask around about other condo buildings and see how it compares.
