What are you looking for in a Realtor?
Hello,
I am a Philadelphia area Realtor and am reaching out to any potential/former homebuyers and sellers to see what they are looking for in a Realtor? What can we do to better service you? What are/were your complaints? What would you like to be done or handled differently? Your opinion matters as you deserve the best in service!

Better communication, a game plan as to what marketing plans will be used, bring people to the property as many do not know what exactly they are looking for until they see it. I also feel that the selling agent should be present when a property is being shown--I know you do follow up phone calls but a buyer may have already ruled a property out not knowing all the facts about a home. Many agents even the listing agent knows nothing about the house they are selling.

Lee,
I do love your question, and arrogantly ask that any other RE Pros REFRAIN from answering! I would love to know the answer to your question... Unfortunately, most Trulia consumers are strictly focused on their immediate issues and don't take the time to answer truly thoughtful questions such as yours... Common' guys--prove me wrong! Let's get some CONSUMER input on Lee's question! Sat Dec 29 2007, 17:34
