Better communication, a game plan as to what marketing plans will be used, bring people to the property as many do not know what exactly they are looking for until they see it. I also feel that the selling agent should be present when a property is being shown--I know you do follow up phone calls but a buyer may have already ruled a property out not knowing all the facts about a home. Many agents even the listing agent knows nothing about the house they are selling.

Unfortunately, most Trulia consumers are strictly focused on their immediate issues and don't take the time to answer truly thoughtful questions such as yours...
