You asked about taxes in Easton with a zip code of 18045. 18045 is actually Palmer Township which is right next to Easton.

Palmer Township is composed of a lot of older ranch and cape cod style homes as well as newer developments with large center hall colonial type of homes. The older homes, which are typically smaller, have taxes usually in the range of $2,000 to $3,500 a year. The newer homes are in the ball park of $3,000 to $6,000. It totally depends on the home itself, size, and location.

Taxes will depend on the property. It may be different in different parts of Easton. If you are looking at newer homes it will be more than for older homes. You should work with a buyers agent in the area who will email you listings with detailed information .

Hi Lauren,
It depends on the property. It you are the Lauren that just posted recently on a property on Cobblestone, please see that reply.

Obviously, taxes depend on the property. If you are looking to move the the Lehigh Valley there are many nearby communities with various tax base with easy commute to NJ.

Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions you may have on any Lehigh Valley properties.
