What are the rules of ownership on 55 and older communities in Hemet, California? If I am not 55 can I buy if I have my father living with me?

Thank you for the responses.
I'm 51 so I wanted to be certain I could buy even though I am not quite 55. Does the title company notify the association in order to confirm the ages on title? Should I be contacting the association and ask for a copy of their ccr's?

Dear GD,
Please do check with the homeowners association for the property in question.
I has been my experience that one of the parties must be 55 or over, the other can be younger, however, the other party must be an adult.
Some communities have a minimum age of 50 (fifty), while a few others specify that residents be 60 and over. Children and grandchildren are generally not welcome as long-term residents.

It varies per park. In the one I do a lot of business in, one person on Title must be 55+ and live in the home. A second person can be 45+. Occasionally they will allow a person younger as caregiver. Check out my web for 55+ mobiles for sale.
