What are the rules for 55 communities? Can a 75yr old and his 53yr old daughter move in that community?

Just browsing and I wanted to understand the law.

Normally most of the adult communities established that minimum one of the persons that will be living in the property has to have 55 years old or older. They will not allow anyone under 18 years old and in most of the cases no pets.

Should not be a problem at all, especially with a 75 year old in residence.

Typically 55+ communities state that one member of the household must be at least 55 and no one under the age of 18--so yes, the 53 old daughter can live with the 75 year old father. Check the area you are interested in to ensure this is the case.

Yes that is not a problem.
