There are many pros and cons to purchasing one of these. they can have great rental potential in the right setting, or if your looking for a place to hang your hat on weekends, they are very affordable. They tend to be on the 350 square feet side for a 1 bedroom, so living space can be tight. Call me if I can help. 609-634-4514.
Plenty of great deals out there!

In the Wildwoods most condotels are converted motels with property management on site. Very convenient for an owner. Property management costs are high; sometimes exceeding 20%. These are in addition to your property taxes and condo fees. I do not recommend this type of unit if it is seasonal.

I haven't had much personal experience with them, but there are some details about condo-hotels that might give you a better idea as to whether you want to purchase one.
