What are the owners at 15-177 N Puni Paka Lp. plan to do with the property and house? We live next door and everthing is overgrown.

Aloha...This property is in the Hawaiian Parks Subdivision. There is no CC&R's/HOA rules for this subdivision. The rules that govern the property would be the county zoning laws (which in this case would be the "health and safety" regulations). As long as the property is not a hazard or being used for "illegal purposes", the Hawaii County Zoning Officer would have no jurisdiction. With the number of properties that are in "limbo/ neglected" status, many times neighbors will offer help to keep the "curb appeal" more consistent with the neighbor hood.

THERE SHOULD BE NO CONCERNS. WE NEED TO BE FORGIVING OF PEOPLE WHO OWN THE LAND AND SOME MAKE TAKE A LONGER TIME TO GET IT READY IF THEY ARE FROM FAR FAR AREAS. MOST LIKELY IT IS A BLESSING AS THEY ARE NOT CHANGEING ANYTHING ON THE LOTS. CHANGE IS WHAT NATIVES DON'T WANT. AS LONG AS YOU CARE FOR YOUR OWN PROPERTY THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS

I'm sorry but 15-177 does not show up in our "data base" of homes on N.Puni Paka only 158,165,167,169,175 and 185. I am not showing any homes on N Puni Paka Lp that are currently on the market as well. If the property did not have permits, there is no address assigned to the lot.
