Do I hear 5:1? 4:1? 10:1 against?

I read this week that there is a bill in the senate, but as with everything legislative: Don't count your chickens....

I can't imagine they'll increase it. Some are suggesting that it will expire and then be revived in the new year.

Who knows..? Apparently, *you're* the reliable one! ;)

As most can see, we have made some considerable progress, However, there is much more to be done. In our judgement, to not extend this program could seriously undermine the recent accomplishments.

There also needs to be some consideration for the "short sale" purchasers that have been sitting on the fence for months that don't stand a "snowballs chance" in completing their transaction prior to the deadline.

Only time will tell, but many agencies are promoting agents to be in touch with their elected representatives in an effort to push for an extension.............
