The waterfront areas would be the highest resale value obviously, the entire zip code is very valuable and desirable area to live and invest in!

Probably Cubreath Bayou... A lot of natural canopy from grand oaks and other trees... it has limited access points which make the neighborhood great for walking or riding bikes. Immensely popular, I was at a showing today for a property that had 6 showings and three more scheduled through the weekend.

Hi Stu,

It's easy to see while driving through South Tampa.

Generally speaking you need to stay south of MLK and north of Gandy. Also it's crucial to verify the property is within the Plant High School boundaries because if you're just a block away it will seriously affect your future property value.

If you're new to Tampa Bay, you may want to rent for at least 7 months to get very familiar with the areas before making your purchase. At this point in time, there is no indication we are at the end of declining prices in Tampa Bay so there probably isn't any reason to "rush" to buy.

Hope this helps.
