What are the names of some of the newer (post-war) coops in forest hills near the express line?

Hi Michael,
There are two new co-op buildings on Austin/Union Turnpike, the boarder of Forest Hills/Kew Gardens
Near the F,E express and the LIRR.
118-18 Union Turnpike, and 118-17 Union Turnpike.
FIRST ANSWER
There is the Austin Gardens, which are two separate post-war co-op buildings on Austin Street and 73rd Road. They are a block away from the 75th Ave F/E stop.
