What are the most user-friendly real estate websites in the Indy area?
Hi. I've been searching for homes in the Boston area for awhile, and I've become spoiled with the amount of information available on-line. Now I'm planning to relocate to Indy and I'm having trouble finding a good real estate web site. I'm looking for a site that provides the following info:
- easy-to-use map search - number of days house has been on the market - adjustments to the listing price (dollar value and date) - schools (the actual schools, not just the district) - property tax I've been able to find some of this info on various web sites, but not all in one convenient place. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The most comprehensive search you are going to find would be http://www.ThinkRealtyGroup.com . The search pulls from 8 MLS & BLC systems in the Indiana & Northern Kentucky area. By using that site you can assure that if a property is in Central Indiana, you will find it. Typically homes for sale are just listed with one MLS/BLC, dependent on what board the agent belongs to and you may miss homes by just using MIBOR.com.
I would be happy to arrange a showing for any home that you find on the site. You can contact me through my website athttp:// www.CindyBreneman.com where you can also register for a $50,000 sweepstakes. Good luck on your home search and contact me if you have any others questions. Sun May 4 2008, 04:43 Web Reference: http://www.CindyBreneman.com
