I could think of several beautiful relaxing places with a green atmosphere with a touch of blue. it is called Florida. Close to New Jersey . It has excellent schools and lots of big houses. $750,000 could buy you at least four of them.

NJ has so many great towns. I would first narrow it down to the Counties you want to be in. Franklin Lakes, Montville, Chatham, Summit, Madison, Mendham are some great towns to start in.

Call me if you need any help finding your dream home.

You might want to consider looking in Monmouth County NJ. Some towns that have good schools, green atmosphere and you can still get a sizable home w/ land in the mid $700,000 range would include: Freehold Township, Colts Neck, Marlboro, Manalapan & Holmdel just to name a few. If you'd like , contact me & I'll be happy to send you some listings to preview.

Welcome to the Garden State. I rarely would suggest any town other than Hoboken, but Hoboken is far from relaxing and green. So here are my suggestions for you. If you are looking for Bergen county, Mahwah or Harrington Park. If you are looking for more rural areas, try Sparta or West Milford. Good luck and let us know where you end up!
